Step Into the Future

{A bonus story!!! I was going to use this title for another later book in "The Step Series," but thanks to a friend, I had an idea and thanks to another friend, I had another idea!!! This is going to be kind of similar to Chapter Twenty of "Every Step of the Way," except different.}

One of Varian's inventions goes just a tiny bit awry- but, for once, in a somewhat okay manner.

Varian accidentally travels through time, landing hundreds of years in the future, in the city of San Fransokyo. And, somehow, he has been transformed back into his gangly, teenaged self.

Of course, he's desperate to get home to his friends and his family- especially Cassandra- but, unsure of how to, he needs to trust Hiro Hamada, who is much better accustomed to this time and its technology.

As they bond, they realize how much they have in common- and how much it will hurt to have to say good-bye to the one person who understands them more than anybody else.
