Turtle is a teenager who lives in Tusla Oklahoma with her brother Dally. Her and her brother were both cast outs from there family. She taught herself to live among the streets and how to be quick and cunning and not to get caught. Dally has been in jail a few times Turtle has only gone there once. They found a gang and now hang out with them quite often. But Turtle is hiding something there is something in her past only her and her brother know about.
