Elise has grown up human, but not quite human. She has always been able to do things other people can't, things described in films and stories. Things people would call magic.

When Elise accidentally summons a portal to a different world she starts to learn about her past, how she was exiled from her kingdom and that her magic doesn't quite seem to behave the same as most others from this new world, how her 'kind' is executed and how this new land is not as perfect as it first seems. 

Whispers of rebel groups and kidnappings soon catch Elise's attention, convincing her that attempting to go back to Earth probably isn't as high of a priority anymore.All Rights Reserved
