"Let it Rain" is a story from the perspective of a girl named Elizabeth who is fourteen. She has amazing dreams about a man named The Doctor,who travels through time and space,and she has no idea who he is. Whenever she felt alone or sad, she would think about this man. She would think about what it would be like if he existed,and how fun it would be to travel with him. She hopes to one day find him,but instead he finds her...
