When Grace has her seizure. Sam returned from America but he didn't return alone. He brings with him his Twenty one year old American daughter, Hannah. Hannah comes to visit her sister and planned on returned home afterwards. But that is until she meets cal knight. Cal tries to flirt with Hannah and she can tell thst there is something between them but Hannah won't make it easy for cal.

Cal can't help but want Hannah. He knows that nothing will get in his way. Hannah start to fall for Cal and when Sam takes the job as medical director Hannah decided to take a job as a nurse at the ED and stay with her father.
