Anxiety is a very common theme, many people all around the world have been diagnosed with anxiety, I have a specific type of anxiety, an extreme social anxiety. This is a book dedicated to that and how I deal with it as well as some tips. I know that some of you reading will definitely relate, hopefuly, just like me you can all improve with me. This is a start-finish book,  every chapter is pre-written. This is my progress, if you can't relate you can at least understand it more, and learn how to help someone with anxiety. Or maybe you can just learn something about it
