Anxiety is a very common theme, many people all around the world have been diagnosed with anxiety, I have a specific type of anxiety, an extreme social anxiety. This is a book dedicated to that and how I deal with it as well as some tips. I know that some of you reading will definitely relate, hopefuly, just like me you can all improve with me. This is a start-finish book, every chapter is pre-written. This is my progress, if you can't relate you can at least understand it more, and learn how to help someone with anxiety.
