Anxiety is a very common theme, many people all around the world have been diagnosed with anxiety, I have a specific type of anxiety, an extreme social anxiety. This is a book dedicated to that and how I deal with it as well as some tips. I know that some of you reading will definitely relate, hopefuly, just like me you can all improve with me. This is a start-finish book, every chapter is pre-written. This is my progress, if you can't relate you can at least understand it more, and learn how to help someone with anxiety. Or maybe you can just learn something about it

There are several techniques that you can get to use to counter your anxiety and panic attacks. Many people are affected by these mental problems and they can get out of hand real ugly, ruining our everyday life. In the following guide, you will find an introduction explained with some basic knowledge for this topic and later you get to learn some methods that you should do regularly to keep improving your mental health and some emergency techniques that can get you out of nasty situations. Please be aware that you should still see a therapist if you truly suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. And don't give up after a first try. Working on your mental health is the same as working out in the gym. It won't grow after a single session. I hope this guide helps you and that you are loved by someone in this world.
