Letty is a young girl adrift in India after a busted relationship. She learns her father has died back in Canada, and to help her mother makes ends meet she decides to smuggle a large quantity of hashish from Pakistan to Toronto, in the process heading up into the North West Territories, one of the most dangerous places on earth. The follows her journey, inner and outer, with unexpected results. This is literary fiction, however, so do not expect an adventure tale.
