Winter Daylight warmth is nowhere The sun, in mourning, But the snow is beautiful. A spectacle rapt in monochrome: Subduing the growing darkness Descending into stillness, Closing the days to nights; Icy stars punctuating the skies- Gentle and serene, Bare and beautiful. Life then, becomes slower, calmer Falling into A kiss of slumber.
