Madelyn's school is doing a program called Project Connect. Students are paired with their polar opposites, with the goal of broadening awareness of diversity and making new friends. So it only makes since for Disney-loving, self-proclaimed nerd Madelyn to be paired with a tattoo-covered delinquent.
