A down to earth guy name Kingsley Princeton had accidently come across a strange, unusual girl named Astrid Leighton. The thing is, Astrid has Alzheimer's disease, which is a form of dementia. She locked herself away from the world, not wanting to get attached to anybody, leaving them abandoned when she dies. That wish is nearly impossible though, due to Kingsley taking a sudden interest towards her. She tries to push him away, but Kingsley is too kind-hearted to let her go. He decides to stay with her until the end. Follow the two star-crossed lovers through a heartwarming story and discover what happens between them.
