After switching schools, Avery thought that he would be able to breathe without being criticized. He believed that in a new school, he would have a new chance at life; and he did, just with a hint of reckless behavior and a bit of fun with new friends.
This is his story about love, acceptance, and beginning to enjoy himself. Though the process is slow, the outcome is worth the wait.

The barista seems pretty interested but Gabe is too scared he will only make fun of him like the others. While his own view about himself is challenged, he finds himself touching rock bottom. But Nick is just trying to be accepted as himself, Unapologetically. This is a story written for pride month 2024.
