A great christian kingdom ruled by a few men. A young woman fighting hard to make her place among those few men, to rule the great Mercia from behind the closed doors. Her only weapon-Words. An impetuous  old king who will listen to whoever talked to him last. And a Prince, a warrior stuck in the politics of the court, trying to sort out the mess this kingdom has become-Oligarchy under the guise of  Sovereignty.  
Will the men let a woman join their elite governing body? Will the woman manage to survive, even if she get in? Will the Prince sort it out or will he get sucked deeper and deeper into the chaos? (Oh and of course there's the whole love-hate drama y'all like)
