AS YOU HELD ONTO ME / hs by for-fucks-sake-h

Sometimes, love can feel like it's everything. And sometimes, we hope it can be.

People walk into our lives for a reason. Eventually we realize why and sometimes, we are never the same.

"maybe you aren't really who you think you are..."

And three words on the tip of my tongue Not to be spoken nor sung Or whispered to anyone Til I scream them at the top of my lungs again - Passenger ... One coincidence changes both lives.

"Sometimes two people may feel the same thing but at different times."-

a collection or a grouping or a gathering or even an anthology, if you will, of poetry. Now edited and revamped, this volume of work is complete in my eyes, but I have a new and similar book I will be working on called Something Else Out There

Poetry. Love. Happiness. Sadness. Depression. Guilt. Regret. Struggle and Confliction. We may all be breathing, we may all have our hearts beating. But these are our vital signs. These are symptoms that prove we're alive.

third poem collection. they aren't in any particular order or anything like that, and after 100, there will always be a new one. if you've been here a while, I'm sure you know the drill. now, about the cover. it was a random Thursday, and an old friend and I went to Cottonwood Island Park in PG. this bridge is covered in graffiti and writing, and it has been painted over to cover it up, or boards have been replaced to get rid of it. yet, there's always writing on this bridge. it felt like no matter what, nobody can silence the voices that need to be heard. and I felt that. anyways, please enjoy this chaotic collection of poetry. STARTED: March 2nd, 2021 FINISHED: January 18th, 2022
