When you get to the action parts (which doesn't take long) you should be invested enough to want to unravel the mysteries and enjoy its intrigue... The flood is raging. A terrifying, heartless mountain of water, swallowing the world . The tunnel networks? Of course, that won't save them. The forests? Like leaves in a breeze. The lookout towers and trade hubs? Gone. My name is Hibiscus Brown, my best friend is a unicorn and my life is going absolutely nowhere. Oh, and I'm a witch. At least partly - the rest is all werewolf. After growling a little to loudly, Hibiscus, Kitty, Brown finds herself in the unfortunate situation of having to move back home to live with her dad /the werewolf/, her step-mom /the werebear/, and all the other creatures living in a small town called Nowhere. Surely it's just temporary? Surely even a half-witch/half-werewolf can figure out what she wants to do with her life? Surely the handsome werewolf who just moved back will ignore her, like he /mostly/ did when they were in high school? And surely the mysterious dark stranger who seems to pop up just about everywhere will help her when she needs it? Battle of Bridgewater
This is a story adaptation of my group's real dnd homebrew campaign! The story follows three main characters: Orion, an apathetic Drow from a Nobel family of assassins that he's recently disowned. He's cutthroat, tactical, and most importantly, he works alone. Faentom, a bubbly and outgoing Eladrin Elf who grew up in a small village in the feywilds. She was adopted and grew up with no other Eladrin to teach her about herself and she's spent her whole life craving to find out. And Eli, a chronically anxious Half-Elf cleric from the Twin Alters monastery. As a bastard his family never truly saw him as one of their own but he was forced to step up nonetheless to one day take over his fathers position as head cleric. Living vastly different lives in vastly different lands, the three of them somehow wake up in a strange hovel with no memory of having known each other, how they got there, or where they are. But wasting no time at all a mission is thrust upon them, a dangerous entity has been disrupting the feywilds, strange attacks and kidnappings, and polluting the waters. Will the group accept the mission or make their own mission of trying to figure out what happened to them and returning back to their previous lives? What will they discover, who will they meet along the way, and will they discover, if anything, about themselves?
