There was the light that I learned to love so much that shone upon my face. I wanted to smile but I couldn't gain enough strength to. My hands were tied, hair was covered in blood, and dirt was everywhere. There was a cough and my head snapped up, my eyes meeting his. He smiled at me, how could he smile at a time like this. There was blood all over him and he looked like a hot mess. I moved my hair to the side with my shoulder to get a better look at him.
"Hey, you wanna know something?" I said voice raw. He nodded his head. My heart was pounding in my ears and I felt as though I couldn't breathe
"I love you"
So this is a story of klance, at first I didn't want to use it but changed my mind half way through. It's the story of Keith getting over some serious stuff (btw Keith is a girl) and how she tries to get over it. I'm not sure why I came up with the worsh but it's like one giant building where everyone lives and they can't escape. Some love triangle going on and some sensitive topics so WARNING!!!

I know you better
Sometimes people are a lot different then you think. The first minute Lance steps into his new school he's warned about Keith Kogane. They say he's like the devil, the meanest guy you will ever meet. You better stay away from him otherwise you could get on his bad side, and then your life is over. Lance isn't the guy to judge people just because people talk about that person. But they seem to be right, as a moment later Keith throws a freshman on the ground for speaking to him. That is a sign for Lance to never even look at this guy. But that isn't that easy as it sounds, cause even if he is a bully he is kind of good looking. Wait good looking? he's a guy! Mami always warned him to never hang out with bad people. Otherwise she will probably beat the light out of his eyes, so no way he's going to approach a guy like that. Till he sees this Keith in a whole different light. "S-Stay, p-please," Keith mumbled, hiding his face in his pillow. Lance nodded climbing beside the small boy. Keith turned to face him, his face flushed as he looked at Lance, "T-Thanks." "For what?" Lance whispered, his breath close enough for Keith to touch. "B-Being by my side," Keith moved closer to Lance, closing the small distance between them, "I-I thought y-you'd all hate me." "Why would you think that?" "Ha," Keith let out a bitter laugh, "I'm half Galra. I share half of my DNA with a race who has killed countless civilizations, not to mention they kidnapped Shiro and Katie's family, and they-" "Exactly, "they". You didn't help them do any of that, right?" Lance touched Keith's forehead with his own, drinking in the feel of his soft skin. "N-No but-" "No "buts", you didn't choose to be born part Galra, and you have more than proved you're a paladin." "Allura and Coran hate me," Keith mumbled, trying to find some way to prove that they did indeed hate him. "No they don't, just give them some time to adjust," Keith turned around, pulling Lance's arm around him, "They have to get used to you. None of us hate you, not the smallest bit." Lance waited for Keith to argue but the boy had already fallen asleep. Lance hugged the boy tighter as he copied his steady breaths. "I could never hate you." ------------------------------------------------- Keith gets kidnapped during a simple mission of the paladins. He's tortured and abused for three days, leaving him a damaged mess. The paladins finally find him and bring him home, but Keith is acting strange, stranger than usual. I obviously don't own Voltron. Your average klance story. I got bored so here you go! This is my first story and I didn't care to catch spelling errors - please ignore mistakes and enjoy! -- Lance tries to pursue Keith who has spent his life trying to escape from his emotions because its better for everyone -except Lance who wears his feelings on his sleeve. Lol, first Klance! Hope you all enjoy! Keith has been haunted since he fought with the Druid. His hand... It just healed... That wasn't a normal thing. Then Zarkon... The emperor told Keith he fought similar to his Galran soldiers. That had honestly scared him. So when the paladins are reunited after being spread throughout space, he tries to hide his insecurities and fears and pain. However, he can't hide it for long.
