Although you don't have to read that story to make sense of this one, that story will have a different perspective on some of the same events that I hope <fingers crossed> will be entertaining. The same disclaimers apply to this story as the previous two; there is profanity and although not explicit, this story is very suggestive. Also, please be aware that I am definitely not a doctor and don't play one on TV. Therefore, any discussion of medical conditions or treatment is probably mostly a figment of my imagination.
