Kōri Yuki had a one night stand with Yemon Uchiha. Kōri then went back to her land the next day. A few weeks later she finds out she pregnant. Fast forward a few years you find eight year old Maigo Yuki Uchiha crying because the blood purge claimed her mother. Just before Kōri died she gently whispers "your father was an Uchiha. Go to Konoha. Find Yemon he's your....."
That's when Maigo sets off for Konoha not knowing it will take her two full years of being lost to find her way.

It will only be a few hours. I will always come back for you. Love you." And with that Itachi left. Kakashi and Yamato found her, they thought she was abandoned and brought her back to Konoha. She remained at konoha for one reason. To find out why her papa loved konoha so much. After living with Kakashi for awhile, they found each other starting to like each other more than they expected.
