Lauren?s life is full of drama. Truthfully, it sucks. She is creeped out by the new guy. He keeps staring at her in class and distracts her. After an incident occurring the night of a party they were at, Lauren and Harry begin to bond. However, after the incident, the doctors want Lauren to keep a journal so she doesn?t bottle up her emotions and become unstable.
Just as she starts to fall for Harry, an old friend of his comes back, threatening their entire relationship.
When Lauren?s parents are killed in a car accident, she is left alone. Feeling broken and lost, she resorts to writing in her journal. But that isn?t enough and she does something that will haunt her forever.
As she and Harry get closer, Harry goes away to audition for XFactor, leaving Lauren feeling alone again. As Harry is off living his dream, Lauren is stuck at home trying to get over the loss of her parents. Harry tries to make his relationship work, but long distance relationships are usually doomed to fail. Meanwhile, Harry?s bandmates struggle with their own relationships and try to maintain balance in their lives.
Just as Lauren begins to lose herself again, something comes along that pulls her out of the dark. As she struggles to figure out what?s right and what?s wrong, Harry witnesses something that tears their relationship apart and leaves Lauren, never to see her again.
