Update 10/16/2024: To whomever still reads this story my once eighteen year old mind decided to conjure, thank you. Over the years my interest and adoration for Liam Payne began to dwindle. 10 years ago the announcing of his passing would have had me going with him. I loved that man and he was such an important figure in my young adulthood. He had such a noble heart at first. I don't know what went wrong along the way. I am full of mixed emotions and am still not fully processing it. To those he hurt along the way I am so sorry. And I am sorry he couldn't be saved from the destructive path he went down on. Rest in peace, Liam🕊️

Meet Violet Summers. She's the sarcastic girl who doesn't really ever get noticed by anyone. She blends into any crowd because of how "normal" she is. And she loves it. She wouldn't be able to stand the attention of everyone around her. That's why she won't tell Ryan Bloore, her crush for three years, that she practically worships the ground he walks on. Ryan is the captain of the basketball team at their school, so guys see him like he's a god and girls act like he walks on water. If they were to date, all eyes would be on her- she would be under everyone's scrutiny. So she's kept her feelings a secret, and she's done her best to suppress her emotions these past years, but she's realized that she's been so caught up in making people not notice her that she didn't realize how lonely she would be when no one was watching. Now meet Ryder Knight. School bad boy. Quarterback captain and heartthrob. The kind that wears a leather jacket and has tattoos all over his arms. The one who shows up to school riding a motorcycle. Just your average run of the mill "if you get involved with this guy, you will meet some serious trouble" kind of male. Well, too bad for Violet, she's stuck with him now. After all of the years of pushing away her feelings for Ryan because of her fear of being seen, she is now all anyone can look at- because of Ryder. Because of him, she can feel their stares, and she hates him for it. The longer they spend time together, the more Ryder starts to realize he actually enjoys being around her-despite her snarky comments about how much she despises him. And if Violet is being completely honest with herself, she's also starting to realize she might not actually hate the fact that people are noticing her now, but hate the way Ryder makes her feel.

[Completed] [MATURE CONTENT] [TW: Mentions of drug abuse and self-harm] "When I met her, I told myself 'no feelings'. But I guess you know by now that that's never how feelings work." As a 24-year-old working with underage drug addicts in a rehab facility, Violet Rae is less than impressed when her best friend introduces her to Harry Styles, a top tier member in a notorious drug gang in London who has a heavy coke addiction. Harry seems to have taken an unlikely interest in Violet that nobody, including her, him or his friends seem to understand. The two are an unconventional match and before realizing it, Violet is sucked into a dangerous life that goes against anything she believes in. Can two people who have gone through so much trauma and have so many - literal - scars ever really have a happy ending? [Preview] "It's pathetic, I know. I just feel... so much when you're around me. I can't get enough." His voice died down in a whisper before he flicked his eyes up to stare into mine intently. The green in them instantly took my breath away as I got lost and he gulped audibly. "And I don't just like you, Violet. I love you, I really do." My heart stopped beating for a second before it started thrashing violently in my chest. "Harry..." I sighed as I shook my head, but he cut me off. "No, I know you think it's bullshit and that it's too soon and that I'm lying or that I don't know what I'm talking about, but I do." He spilled. "There's so much you don't know about me." I mumbled, tearing my eyes away from his to focus on the pendant that was laying on the mattress. "I don't care." He whispered back and I shook my head. "I... I can't say it back." "I know." I bit my lip at the intensity of this conversation, and I wondered how long it would take Harry to find out he didn't actually love me at all. ** Started: May 2021 ** Finished: November 2021

For as long as you could remember, you had always been respectful of what your mother warned you about, in the privacy of your own room.“Don’t let a boy take advantage of your love, and don’t let him pressure you to do anything you don’t want to do.”And while you always respected your mom, you didn’t want to let her keep you from doing what you wanted! Of course, this was your body. And so, with your body, you decided, on the night of your sixteenth birthday, you and your childhood friend, would have sex.For the first time for both of you, it was electric, exciting, slightly uncomfortable, but damn near perfect. And the best part about it? You and he were perfectly capable of returning as just what you had started out as: best friends. "You’re perfect." You mumbled, lips pressed to the bare skin of his neck. "S-sure." You stopped kissing him, looking at his wandering eyes. "Baby, what’s wrong?" Your hand caressed his face. Softly rubbing over stubble. "I don’t know," He shrugged. "I feel like your lying to me when you say that." Liam rubbed his arm awkwardly, looking everywhere but you. You moved his head over towards yours. "Liam, your perfect and if you weren’t I wouldn’t say it. I would never lie about something that big." You kissed his cheek. Giving him a reassuring smile. "You’ve always been perfect."
