On Thursday the 8th of January 2015, at 8:04 am, a girl found herself flying above the Eiffel Tower.
From that day onwards, more and more people like this became known all around the world.
These people were called People (or Person) Born with a Mutation, also known as PBM. As more PBMs were born, non-mutants felt threatened and, like in most cases of change in human history, they began attacking PBMs.
Monday the 18th October 2033, at 5:00 pm, in the USA, a law was passed that banned PBMs from displaying their powers in public. They also were forced to identify themselves when doing anything. It wasn't long before the rest of the world followed, including South Korea.
Christmas day 2040, at 12:54 pm, a law against PBMs as a whole is passed and thousands are arrested and killed.
Choi Seungcheol, on Thursday the 26th of May 2044, after finding out that he was a PBM, created an underground group that kept PBMs safe from the public eye.
From there on, the world changed for people born with a mutation. However, is that change good or bad?
