The Choices We Make

Living in the shadows for decades..you eventually get tired of it. What was the point of being alive, if you couldn't really live? Shadowhunters and downwolders weren't accepted in society, so being part of that world wasn't easy. And so begins the story of how Katerina Monroe, tired from hiding, decided to go out into the world to try a normal life as a shadowhunter, along with Emilia Tobias. The best decision of her life, she'd later say, for found what was missing from her life: true love. It lead to some of the most incredible people that impacted her life in ways she would've never imagined.
