Young Justice: Project Upgrade

When Cadmus has created a clone of Superman, along with a cybernetic sidekick of sorts, Kid Flash, Aqua Lad, and Robin band together to put a stop to it. When the female Cyborg regains memory of her past, she finds that an old friend, and crush, from Keystone high turns out to be one of the people who came to her rescue.

She is reunited with her best friend, and family, just for it all to fall apart. The team and her old friend become all that she has left.

(Please note that this is a Young justice fanfiction, that takes place at the beginning of the series. It is told from the perspective of a young lady, who was a teenage genius, when she was abducted and given cybernetic limbs and implants to aid project Kr in any and every way she can.
In this story, there is a past between one of the heroes, and the main character that forms a relationship. Later, this relationship becomes polygamous for reasons that will become apparent.
