America, a country that has gone through some major faults and, the amount of crimes aimed towards schools is one of them. In a small town in Ohio, children are going missing yet, no one seems to notice when they've gone. Whoever is taking them has a pretty well established hunting ground until, he mistakens Mara Amber as someone else and kidnaps her from the girls bathroom, not only are the police searching for her, so is her brother and a small group of the only people she's ever been able to 'befriend', if you can even call it that. There is very little hope of her ever getting home and the issue is, no one truly thinks she ever will.. Warning: There are some themes they may not be suitable for all, please be wary of your safety when reading. Thank you.

"When pain struck, I took it like an honor" Amber Wolf wasn't meant to be here in the first place. Living with her sister in a house in middle of the woods should've been the only thing she should be worried about. She was wrong about it all. Everything from the day she sat on that bus had been strange, from the necklace her mother gave to the weird writings in her sisters book, it would all make sense in the end. For the worst. __________________________ "She was infected, she could have killed the girls with the virus she had in her" The masked man said, as he went out of the house, slamming the door behind him. I saw my mom leaning against the chair with no movement. I looked at this scene shocked, wanting to go and kill that man by shooting him with my gun, but I knew I could do nothing. I stood there watching, and feeling helpless and not knowing what to do. I looked outside and saw that the bus had already left, with my younger self in it. Then I saw the masked man with two other people and he was talking to them about something, I went closer and eavesdropped. What I heard was beyond my imagination."
