The Doctor and Ace arrive back at Perivale when they discover a young girl crying at the side of the road. They ask her how she is and says she is scared of clowns. Her name is Dorothy McShane… The Doctor and Ace must protect her younger self and as events unfold, she soon learns where her fear of clowns came from.
