Two Minutes: 2024

Takes place in the year of 2024:

Kendril Madison goes to a new establishment where there's a peculiar ride called the "Euthanasia Coaster". Recently the boy has been contemplating his own death and while on his way to this escape from life, he wonders "will this be worth it?"

The world is filled and overpopulated, people have even volunteered to sacrifice themselves through this humane way of dying. "I... I'd be doing the world a favour..." he speaks to himself. His entire body trembling at the thought of joining the many other passengers on this ride.

"They're all smiling."

"Indeed they are."

"..."

"My boy, are you sure about doing th-"

"I'm sure."

The woman curls her lips down and nods silently before pulling down the restraints of his seat.

"There's no going back after you get to the top."

"I know."

He eyed the two buttons on his side. Almost everyone he could see instantly clicked 'yes' as they laughed to themselves excitedly.

"You're not pressing the button."

"...I-I need some time."

"..."

"..."

"...You have two minutes."
