Holly Johnson-Tomlinson, age 62, looks at her husband of 38 years, Louis, as they rock together on the porch of their two story home in Holmes Chapel, United Kingdom. As she looks at his face while his eyes are closed, the sun glistening on his skin, Holly can't help but frown. He had said the right things- the things that she had wanted to hear from a different man, and Louis had treated her properly, with kindness and respect. As she closes her eyes as well, she can't help but imagine if she had chosen the man she loved instead of the man that said all of the things that she had wanted to hear.
