She was still a child when their world's moons collided. 

She remebered the feeling, the sound. 

It was riveting, the way the air shifted as an explosion of light suddenly casted itself across the dark night.

What she remebered most though was the screams, the horror, the bodies, the chanting.

She was still a child when the prayers were sung, when her mother casted a spell to save her only daughter, her heir.

And she was still a child when she felt her body lose all its weight as she floated into the air, the air that suddenly couldn't find it's way into her lungs.

Yet she didn't know what she was when she was suddenly transported across worlds into a land where the grass glowed a vibrant green and not the deep blue she once remembered it to be.

A world with only a single moon and with skies litered with so many stars she got dizzy just looking up at it.

The rains from the sky were a strange clearish blue color, strange for her planet's hailish white colored rains.

Her breath caugt in her throat, eyebrows furrowed in deep confusion and astonishement, only one thought ran through her mind.

Where was she?

Some people say, that the planet birthed death because of the deadly war. However, something else was birthed, an heir. Her name was Milia. She possessed true power and ultimately ended the war. Milia ruled the world and her children became the inevitable successors. Although they lacked Milia's gift, the future generation, though it was thousand's of years later contained Milia's powers. The children were named the true heir, therefore they were hunted. No hunter was more well known than the bitch, the baddest; Methaya. Being half human, half snake, her luminescent eyes turned the living into the inanimate. To save her children, the Queen of the planet rifted her children into Earth, where they lived for 500 years, unaware of their cursed destiny. After a prophecy declaring that the oldest would die, the truth started unravelling and they learnt things- that would change things forever. The sky was a flat, depressing grey and the incessant, soaking rain left her constantly chilled. It was a typical "liquid sunshine" day in the Pacific Northwest. They drove past a single tall scraggly tree on top of a hill shrouded in mist. The creepy tree was full of screaming crows. How could she hear them from inside the bus when she couldn't even seem to hear the voices of the kids around her? Geez, that was an awfully freaking dark image. She shivered and looked away. What did they call a group of crows again? Right, a murder of crows. Perfect. The weather was certainly the only thing that was typical these days, although you'd never know it by looking around the bus at most of the kids as they sat joking and gossiping with each other just like they had before... before that day everything had changed.
