Miranda and Danny Rand-Ka'i - the two young heirs of K'un-Lun. Or they would be, if their kingdom hadn't been assimilated by the Hand, an evil organization. All they have left are their retainers, the Black Lion of Voltron, and each other.

On a planet in a galaxy far away, Jessica Jones and her foster brother Matthew Murdock are with their friends Luke Cage and Claire Temple, trying to find Jessica's brother Phillip, who went missing with Jessica's friend Trish Walker. 

Instead of finding them, however, Claire finds a giant mechanical green lion that grabs the four friends and flies off to space, eventually reaching Miranda and Danny. To stop the Hand and save Phillip and Trish, Matt, Jessica, Luke, Danny and Claire will have to pilot Voltron and save the universe while gaining enemies and along the way.
