The Adamson twins-Reed and Charlotte-were inseparable. Some joked they were attached at the hip. Reed was Charlotte's protector. She was there for her sister through thick and thin. 

Charlotte depended on Reed, so when Reed wanted to pursue a career in medicine, Reed's dream became Charlotte's. They stuck together through college, medical school and their internship at Mercy West Medical Center.

She decided to work twice as hard for her new chief so she could become Chief of cardiothoracic surgery and win incredible awards, such as the Grey Honour. But what happens when Darcy meets the chief of neurosurgery? Will she leave her dreams of surgery for her dream girl?
