This same organisation has gone to deadly lengths just to make sure the government has little to no information about their powers. People with powers and this organisation are viewed as an old wives tale by the rest of the world, made up to gain traction. The world will soon know how real it truly is.

It is said that we are only using 10% to 15% of the entire internet, so where is the left of it that's the question. That's not the main point the point is how people could use the internet. Some could use it for social life, some could use it for doing research and some could use it to track you down and know every single move you do. They could hear everything, know your next destination. Maybe now you're being followed and tracked down by someone but you just don't know. Just as the characters in the story.
