When beautiful as ever emma peters finally has the healthy organs of a normal 16 year old girl after having weekly surgeries since she was a baby, she finally gets to enjoy the rest of her life. She finally gets to go home after staying at the hospital for the whole month of december doing final tests and checks making sure she will be stable by herself. She gets to be the new girl in high school; in the middle of her junior year. When she thought she would just have to do school, go home, eat, and sleep, she thought wrong. Her parents want her to be active in a sport and make friends and be in clubs and make the most of her next 2.5 highschool years. She's always thought of the hospital as a second home no matter the bad memories. She joined the Children's club where they visit the children's hospital- her hospital- weekly to play with the kids and volunteer with any help; like the statewide carnival. When the carnival is all ready to go well, emma gets volunteered for the...kissing booth.

Complete! "You know I really like you, right?" He was definitely drunk. "You do?" I asked. My voice was supposed to be teasing, but I think it came off as a bit startled. He laughed, "Yeah, why else would I trust you with all my secrets?" -- Betty was many things; a romantic, a fashion designer, a bit more jealous than the average girl, great with a camera, a helpful daughter and a good friend. But she was best known for being nice. And usually, the boy did not want the 'nice' girl. But this summer she was going to prove to Mike, her crush since FOREVER, that nice was enough. She was going to have an amazing summer, a perfect Junior year, and finally have her first kiss. It was a foolproof plan. Moving from her childhood home in Arizona to New Mexico at the start of Junior year was never a part of Betty's plan. But sometimes when parents are involved, plans change. So now the nice girl had to start over at a new school in a new State. And when the (maybe not so bad) bad boy, Eli, gets involved, it might be hard to be known as 'the nice girl'.

I had hit him, and left him standing there. Then there's Chase Evans, major hottie girls, warning: he breaks hearts. Everyone loves him, guys want to be like him, and the girls all want him. Me, well I just think he's an annoying ass! Meet Aurora Hayes, a feisty seventeen year old girl with a love for swearing. She has a mind of her own, and she doesn't give a fuck what people think of her... okay well maybe she does a little. Aurora never would've thought in her entire life that she would have guys in love with her, let alone four of them. Mike Thompson, Sean Anderson, Jonathan Anderson and Chase Evans. The moon was full and a certain party was over. Two people were sitting by the poolside. The girl's feet were half underwater. "I just don't see how your tongue can be in so many throats in one night!" she said to the guy for the third time. He rolled his eyes."Mine was just in girls, you gave everybody a taste of yours!" "No, no! You're imagining that, remember?" The girl said determined. He laughed. "Let's say I am. What's your idea of the perfect kiss?" She thought about it for a minute and a serious look came to her face. "The perfect kiss is the one you get under the moonlight. The one that makes you feel like you're the only people in the world and like nothing can break you apart..." She laughed "The perfect kiss takes you to infinity AND BEYOND!" She slid into the pool laughing. Meet Isabella. A beautiful, average, teenage girl who just moved to a new town. Then Meet The Player. A guy who basically "rules" the school. He's a jerk, rude, annoying, charming, hot, irresistible etc. what happens when those two meet? He leans closer to me and tilts his head. His lip press to mine and I feel his mouth part. I part mine too and our tongues rage wars against who will be dominant. He wins and his tongue starts to move around my mouth. I grab his neck and he reaches over for my hips. I pull away for a breath and start to tilt back for some more, but then a siren rings through the air. "Well times up Cassidy. I'll see you around." My eyes are bulging and my legs are shaking. Andrew smiles and puts on some sunglasses, stuffing his hands in his pockets and walking over to his friends where they clap him on the back and scream at him. Cassidy is a 16 year old girl with 2 boyfriends and doesn't want a 3rd. Her life is perfect. Her 2 boyfriends don't know about each other and her bestie is the best person to hang around with. But everything changes when Barbra (her mom) tells her that she's working at the kissing booth.

The difference was that he could have kissed her forever; the spark between them was that intense. She disappeared into the school world and he couldn't find her. He moved on with his life, convincing himself he was over Eleanor's death and as quick as the whole thing started, he returned to being lonely, weird, quiet nobody Ace. Just how he liked it. That is until 4 years later when he found himself sprawled out on a bed. With Charlie Simmons hovering over him. Charlie Simmons who was kissing Ace like he would die if he ever dared to stop. So , I set my story in a high school that was putting on the play the Kissing Booth, and made my own characters with their own insecurities and struggles.
