I was on my way to school when I first met him...he was making out with a girl on the sidewalk. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Four letters that when put together form a word that can bring so much happiness and pain. It started and ended in the spring. The feeling of happiness when our eyes would meet. The butterflies that would come alive the second he talked to me. The sweet flavor that had been in my mouth, turned out to be a sour, lemon flavor that I hate. The flowers seemed so pretty before when we walked through here. Now they seem
dull, lifeless. Simple little things in life remind me of you. It pains my heart and soul to know that you are gone. The innocent first love that we once shared, shattered all my hopes and dreams of the true love that I dreamed.

Why did you have to leave me? Why did you have to go? Why did you lie and keep these things that broke us apart? I still love you. Yes I do. But the pain keeps me from the happiness that our memories hold.
