Natsume nasaki is a japanese/American teenage boy who is in a new town after moving away after his late father's funeral.
All to have a fresh start at a new town far away from city life to nature,to a town close to the famous and mysterious "Claw Wood Hill Forest" which is famous to contain many trails which are easy to get lost and where creepy things happen. Did I forget to mention he is also gay and that he hasn't came out to his mom yet?..... no?...Anyways one night before his first day at his new school, something happened to Natsume which resulted him waking up the next day in the woods without knowing what happened that night.

Especially something that changed his life forever and that will make him re-think whether he should believe in the things he's told.
