The world tells us lies which makes us believe that everything in your life would be perfect, your family, friends, everything. That no matter what everything would be fine....That's just not the truth. Reality of the perfect life doesn't exists. The real world is a terrifying place, and some lives for people are a living nightmare. Sadly, my life was chosen that fate. "May I join you?" He sat down before I even said anything, I looked at him and carried on with what I was doing. "Want to hear a fun fact?" "My sister used to work at this place, she loved working here, she met the people she loved here" He said while looking around the place. "I wasn't ready you know? Like she was here and now she is just gone. Forever" I let out a sarcastic laugh Me" I know what you mean" I ordered four more tequilas, and paid for them. "Fuck life" He smiled, I pushed two tequilas his way and downed mine. Me" I have to go, it was nice meeting you sir" I pat his back and then grabbed my things. "You from England?" "The accent" I nodded Me" Well I'm from Cape Town but I moved to England when I was 6 years old with my Aunt." He also got up from his chair "Enjoy your vacation" I shrugged Me" I'm actually here for a funeral and my brother is getting married two weeks after that" He laughed "Isn't there a movie about that?" I laughed too "There is, I really have to go. It was nice meeting you" He said Me" Goodnight" He smiled "Goodnight" I laughed because Qhama really didn't recognize me and I feel stupid, because in a room full of people. A Love Like Ours
"Why the hell won't you just admit it?!" I yelled at him. "Admit what?!" He asked. "The REAL reason why you don't want to be with me! It's cause I'm too fat and cause I'm white and you are so afraid as to what your friends might think, aren't you?!" I snapped at him. "You don't know shit!" He snaps right back at me. "Oh no? Why can't you just tell me? I can take the rejection!" I snap again at him. He starts stomping his way over towards me and raises both my hands against the wall and above my head as he leans in closer to me just inches from my lips. "You think I don't want to be with you because I'm too embarrassed because of how big you are or that your white? You really think I could give two shits as to what anyone including my friends think about us? Well I don't. I could give two shits about what anyone thinks! So stop fucking assuming you know me or what I'm thinking cause you don't!" He fires back at me. "Well then what is it then huh?" I asked. "You wouldn't understand. But do me a favor and stop pretending that you know me when you don't." He says. I watched as he walks closer to me making take a step back, his green eyes has darken and filled with rage I continue to step back but was soon stopped by the wall I started to tremble in fear. " Wanna say that again love?" He says towering over me, I couldn't speak I opened my mouth but nothing came out he was going to hurt me " Love.. I don't like to repeat myself I'm not a very patient man but if you don't give me an answer there is going to be blood on this floor and it's not going to be mine" he says calmly I couldn't hold back tears no more "You can't just come and own me like some piece of property!" I sobbed looking everywhere else but him I spoke up again " I'm not yours and never will be-" I was cut of by a hand gripping around my neck lifting me off the ground my hands immediately started trying to pull off his hand around my neck, but he didn't budge. " who said you had a choice" he says looking deep into my eyes, I slowly felt my throat closing up I tried harder to get his hand away but he was too strong I started to get less and less air "I'm going to say this once so listen close" my lungs start to burn as he leans in my ear " you're mine and mine only " He says before dropping me onto the ground I fell on my knees breathing greedily for air..... Alani Jones has a terrible past that is wanted to keep in the dark but that doesn't last when she finds out that her best friend's brother, has his eye on her, weather she likes it or not she is his and no one can tell him different.

"Its like you built our relationship with lies." He muttered in disdain and tears shamelessly fell down his cheeks. "What did you expect? I couldn't have told you everything from the beginning." This is shit you don't leave out when you're dating someone!" "Its not that serious." I argued, but it was a lie. It was serious. Very serious. My heart could give up on me at any moment. I watched as he shook his head in disappointment before leaving and slamming the hospital door shut. Love Misunderstood
I only ever met one man I'd call truly noble. He was a man who was misunderstood and worthy of the world, yet everyone saw him differently. That was until I saw his true colours. The more I caught his eye the more he noticed me. We would pass each other, I would always stare a little longer at his back, wondering his story. People used to move out of the hallways if they saw him approaching whereas people would come and talk to me.
