Atem is a young prince who lives a luxurious life in the Egyptian palace. He has two slaves who he would do anything for, since they were more than his slaves-they were his friends. When a plague sweeps through all of his kingdom, he dreads that his slaves and he might catch it too. What happens if that occurs? (Yugioh is not owned by me. I know the guy's name, but I just can't remember it right now...I give him credit.)

Yugi, a young boy who was a servant for the royal family in Egypt, had stumbled upon the young prince with one of his teachers in the garden. Yugi was not allowed to befriend or speak with Atem unless asked or forced to. One day, Yugi was playing with some of the other servant kids until the young prince and his friend Mana were out in the field kicking some rocks. The young servant had not realized on how much he and the prince looked alike, the only 2 differences were that Yugi was way more paler and was not royal. Yugi had somehow gotten hurt, and this is where the relationship began. As his "friends" left him because they could not handle the crying, the caring prince and his friend rushed over to his aid. The servant just thought they'd help so none of their 'slaves' would be harmed and could continue working but that's not how Atem saw it. Later on things had happened to where the prince had ordered his father to keep Yugi in the palace, so the two grew up together until war began. For 3 years Atem had left.. Yugi hopes to see him soon someday.

Crown Prince Atem is gay and he hasn't find the man that he likes yet this doesn't stop girls to flirt with him believing that they could change his preference. He has tri-color spikey hair with golden lightning bolts resting on his black tresses with crimson tips, good manners, sexy sun kissed skin, gorgeous sharp crimson eyes and plump kissable lips same as Prince Yami his younger twin brother except for the fact that Prince Yami's skin tone is alittle lighter than Crown Prince Atem's skin and that he is straight the only problem on Prince Yami is that he likes to flirt and only selects pretty girls to be the member of his harem who he can touch and grope but the good thing is he never had sex with them making Pharaoh Aknankannon and Queen Helwa worried about their future. Their friends which is also the new sets of High Priests that is also the Millenium Item holders can only sigh in defeat along with their parents and was wishing for a miracle to happen that Atem finally falls inlove and Yami to stop flirting and settle to one person only the big question is, will it happen? [A/N] The characters belongs to Kazuki Takahashi the creator of Yu-Gi-Oh!. The only ones I own was the plot of this story, Queen Helwa (Helwa means beautiful/sweet) and some incoming fictional characters. The fanfic photo cover isn't mine, credits to the artist.

Atem was born into the royal house hold in Egypt. His life was to say the least exceptional. He had anything he could ever want, Toys, games, clothes, pets. The only thing that would dampen Atem's life is that when he was 3 he contracted polio and lost his ability to walk. then one day 2 a new son was born into the royal family, named Yami. 6 months later a plague swept through the grain fields in Egypt leaving the people hungry. The pharaoh being preoccupied with this had no time to spend with his wife and children. Angered by this the queen comes to the conclusion that it's Atem's fault and that he needed to be punished. Condemned to be lock in his room and forgotten about Atem soon finds comfort in an imaginary friend named Yugi. Ten years later Atem is still locked up like a prisoner. When Atem's father finds out about Atem his mother agrees to have a servant look after him. To Atem's surprise the servant boy looks exactly like his imaginary friend he had when he was younger.
