Think cheesy, cliche high school movies and sappy teen romance novels- quite unrealistic and it sets a high standard on "the high school experience" huh? I knew these things didn't actually occur in the real world but somehow, someway, the things that I, as a writer, despised about crappy teen romance, was happening in my life. Friend fall-outs because of a common love interest? Check. Love triangles? Check. Obvious foreshadowing which I, the main character, ignores? Check. And my life was like, "let's add a little splash in here and make all the female love interests named Quynh." Check. And I could have avoided all of this, if I just didn't randomly invite these group of guys to a lame party on Valentines day, for it unknowingly triggered a ripple of events in my life and unintentionally crossed off things from my bucket list. Disclaimer : Since this is all from my perspective, not everything I was told is reliable. There's no telling if there was anything real or fake in this story, I don't know the truth or I didn't know of it at the time. I'm simply just a character who experienced these events.

A high school is a place full of drama. In high school most of the time you are either popular, middle, the unknown, or a loser. At least that is what is said around high school. The popular people rule the school and everyone loves them but most of the drama is around them. The middle people is the group that is known but most people don't give a crap about. The unknown people are really just the people that you don't even know you go to school with. The loser people are the people that aren't that popular and is made fun of by almost everyone. I fit into the category of being in the middle at least since junior year. That all ends up to change once I get in trouble for punching a girl in the face for making fun of my best friend so I got assigned to help the Empire of Karma group. They are mainly the school's popular boys acting like a boy band I guess you can say. But once they got tangled into my life all kinds of drama was centered around me. However, in the end, this turns out to be some weird romance story that only happens in books or so many people say it does.
