"As soon as I caught her eye, she turned her head away, her hair shielding me from her eyes. Shaking my head in annoyance, I continued on. It seemed every time I made an attempt to talk to Cassidy, she blew me off in the most naïve way possible. Was I that bad of a person? Why was she the only one I couldn't reach out to? Maybe she thought I was annoying? One thing was for certain- someday I would get through to her. Just not today."
