Based in the streets of New York, once bustling with life now a shadow of black plumes of ash ,smoke decayed bones, and burnt flesh, years before having staged one of earths many natural selection techniques as humans became lazy and allowed their invincible top of the food chain demeanor to take advantage of them as one drunk man dove into a shallow untested undiscovered natural hot spring in his very backyard with the loud snap of his neck as he began to inhale the water signified the final error of the human race that would allow the tiny fresh water amoeba Naegleria fowleriv "Brain eating amoeba" to work improving and growing as a species taking over all physical and mental function, as it dragged it's decaying host across the lawn and took a bite into the mans only best friend the infection spread to whole cities and countries brain eating mindless zombies, few survivors remain.
