Join the alternative rock band Voltron as they do their very first world tour of their newest hit release "Legendary Defender"!! As the band gets more popular what will the fans do as they begin to ship the band members? How will the team work with that? Will their rival band, The GALRA , become more popular as they try to run Voltron into the dirt? 

Fanfiction!! All characters belong to the creators of Voltron. I will be making plot references to the show! 

P.S. I can guarantee Klance content ;)   Definitely Lotura And Shadam, possibly Shallura, Shatt, Punk,  Plance, Pallura, and others. I love to hint at romance but idk what will canon (except for definitely klance) Also I'm writing this for myself so if you don't like bc of ships then don't read!! Although if you comment the ships you want and I may add more of them!! 
To clarify, in this au everyone is an adult... so let's say Lance and Pidge are 18, Keith and hunk are 19, allura is 20, and Shiro is 24-25 ish. 
I started this before like half of the new seasons came out so I'll be adding more characters as the story goes along.

Voltron and OC AU called Crystal Faith. Everything seems to be going just fine in Shiro's life. He's a senior officer at the Galaxy Garrison (Crystal Core) along with his fiancé Adam and his daughter just enrolled as a cadet. But he keeps having nightmares and it's starting to mess with him. There's a battle with the Galra on Earth that leaves everyone shaken, but leaves Shiro in worse conditions than before. (Voltron is not necessarily a part of this story.) None of the art is mine. I will alert you if any of the art is. (Shiro is a winged lion, Adam is human, Pidge is half Altean, and half Galren, Holly is a weird, human thing with wings, Iantha is a catfolk, Lance is human, Luna is a werewolf, Percy is human, Keith is half galra, Krolia is a full Galra and that's about it.) (Krolia is NOT Keith's mother in this AU, Pidge is Shiro's adopted daughter, Adam doesn't die, and Holly, Iantha, Percy and Luna are NOT my OCs. They belong to a very good friend of mine.) (There will be Adashi/Shadam and Klance. NO SMUT OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, BECAUSE I CAN BARELY READ IT, LET ALONE WRITE ABOUT THAT.) Crystal Bearers are protecters of the universe and all that magical stuff. A crystal fuses itself to a person, giving them the powers of that crystal and the ability to fuse with other Crystal Bearers. (Cool right? My friend made this all up, none of this was my idea, so you can say a big thank you to her for making this happen.) So the spiral light at the center of the universe was shattered into 9 shards and the universe has been in chaos ever since. Because the spiral light shattered, the Crystal Core was formed, and the Galra have been invading peaceful planets to them more power for the empire, and all that stuff. So Crystal Bearers are sent out on missions, freeing captured planets, freeing prisoners, recruiting new Crystal Cadets, stopping space piracy and other junk like that. I don't want to spoil anything else, so you have to read the book to find out what happens!

After barely fighting off a fleet of Galra ships, Voltron lands on the planet Toumia that is surrounded by three suns, humbly expecting thanks, gratitude, and food. Not necessarily in that order. However, as soon as they land on the ground, the leader of the Ibhe Htua, Pedagogue Tuaste, tells them that they did a good job, but there's a lot to learn before they even have a hope of defeating Zarkon and his evil empire. Grudgingly, they accept her offer to train them. However, a new threat to the universe arises soon after they land on Toumia, one that is completely unrelated to Zarkon and the Galra Empire. One of the many societies on the planet with purple grass has developed a way to help the universe, but the Voltron Team knows that this will do anything but help the universe, and that they must stop it at all costs. Together, the five Paladins make up Voltron, Defender of the Universe. And what do defenders of the universe do? They defend it. * * * The timeline for this fanfiction within seasons 1-2 of VLD are unknown, for reasons that will be clear by the end of this particular fanfiction. As such, the characters will know how to do certain things, and not know other things. Because of this, there will be spoilers for some things but not others, and seeing as this happens somewhere within the spacetime between the episodes of seasons 1 and 2. It's weird. Hang with me, it'll all make sense by chapter sixteen. Maybe fifteen. I haven't written that far out yet. And just as a forewarning: in this, I will be doing several play-on-word jokes that may seem offensive. THEY ARE NOT. The emperor told Keith he fought similar to his Galran soldiers. That had honestly scared him. So when the paladins are reunited after being spread throughout space, he tries to hide his insecurities and fears and pain. However, he can't hide it for long. **First Klance fic Lance and Keith were always neck and neck and rivals. They rarely spoke to each other and only knew things about each other that they told the whole team, Shiro, Pidge, Hunk, Coran and Allura. They were always off doing their own things and never did things together unless it was for a mission. On such a mission the team got split up. Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives. They need to find a special living plant on the planet to make the Cryogenic Pods work properly again. Shiro choose the two boys because they always fought, but he hopes they won't now. When the mission is near Earth, Lance gets extremely homesick. Maybe, they end up taking a visit... Start: February 23, 2017 End: March 15, 2017
