This is a collective of stories focused on a main group of people set in a medieval fantasy world based off of a D&D campaign.

It came during the most desperate of times, after a reign of bloodshed. It thundered on in spite of terror, hopelessness and the great chain of inequity. It shattered shackles and in its momentum gathered all in its wake. It was hope. In the new era, it rewrote the narrative and finally set the world free. Yet in the new era, order will be disrupted and an old enemy of the Guardians, the exile, will destroy their sanctum and wreak hell upon their lands. Their only hope lies in the form of a child from an advanced race of beings, and she will need to be trained.

"Despite everything that happens, just keep smiling, because there's light at the end of the tunnel. If not, you make that light." A girl whispered those words to herself, countless times, clinging to them like a promise. She never imagined how true they'd become. Beneath the world she thought she knew, one woven with spirits and people who could shapes it. A world hidden under her nose all along. Now, that same girl walks among the gifted and the haunted, traveling beside the few she dares to call friends. Together, they move through chaos and wonder to save the one person who gives her reason to keep smiling, the one who keeps her light alive.
