Manny had always known he was different. He was a mutant with the power of incredible speed, and he'd spent his life trying to figure out how to use it to his advantage. But one day, something strange happened. He started to gain the memories of his alternate self. He realized that he was not just a mutant, but a character in a comic book.

At first, Manny was horrified. He had always thought that he was in control of his own destiny, but now he realized that his fate was in the hands of the writers and readers of the comic. He began to feel trapped and helpless.

But as the memories continued to flood in, Manny began to feel a sense of excitement. He realized that he had the power to change his own story, to break free of the constraints of the comic and make his own way in the world. He set out on a new purpose, one that would push him into the spotlight and make him stand out from the other heroes and villains.

Manny was determined to find his own path, no matter the cost. If he had to become a villain to do it, so be it. He would do whatever it took to make his mark on the world, to be the hero of his own story. And with his incredible speed and determination, he knew that he could do it.

Peter Parker was bitten by a radio active spider. We all know that already. He got powers, and became a super hero too. Knew that as well. But here's where things get weird. Peter has only had these powers for 6 months. It changed a lot of things about him. But after he got back from his trip with Tony Stark during the civil war of the avengers, things changed for the worse. He met you, and realized that being spider man put you, and other people he loved in danger. Now he's faced with the choice of giving up on spider man, or continuing knowing that it could hurt the ones he loves. You, on the other hand, have had it pretty weird yourself. You've always lived in New York, so you definitely saw the alien invasion when you were 7. During that invasion you were hit by a mysterious blast of foreign space substance. Oh yeah, it gave you powers. Cliche like that. But they were strange, and you yourself didn't even think them powers. You can sorta see into the future. But it's difficult. You know when bad things are gonna happen, or good things, and people call you a freak. The Gypsy of the school. But when you and Peter's problems get intertwined... things get interesting. WARNING: this was written by a straight trans dude questioning everything in life so basically it's going to be a ridiculously long slow burn because all I wanted in this was to be friends with spiderman. And I was 14 or 15. This thing is my little quarantine child and I'm disowning it. Read at your own volition because I dearly detest this now. I keep it up cause yall seem to love it.

{Set before X Men, then skipping into X2) Sierra Storm was always an anomaly among her peers. She always wanted nothing more for herself, to just be normal. When she manifested her powers at the age of 12, she was so terrified to find out that she wasn't normal. Until one day, Charles Xavier tracked her down, to tell her or confirm to her rather, that she was in fact a mutant, a very, very powerful one at that. She was brought to the Xavier's School for the Gifted, and she was accepted and integrated into the school, despite her doubts and all of her misgivings about being a mutant and especially a powerful one like Charles said about her. She was not expecting to find two boys there, that had all complete oppositional mutations who also happened to be best friends. One had the mutant name Iceman or Bobby, while the other was Pyro, or John as he had been called since birth. They quickly gave her the nickname Element, after realizing that she had many useful abilities and they were all related to the elements. They also found out very quickly enough to their pleasure, after accidents around the school, that by combining their gifts of their specific elements to hers, that they could create something even more powerful then what they already had on their own. Sierra was not one to scare easily, especially not when it came to being snuck up on, but there is one thing that has always scared her, and that always will scare her. Losing the acceptance of her family. Human or Mutant Normal or Different The only thing Sierra ever wanted, was a family. Book One in the [Elemental Series] I own nothing in this book except for the plotlines revolvin' around Sierra that don't appear in the movies or the comics. Also, Sierra Storm is entirely my own, and i will not tolerate plagiarism.

Suddenly everything changes... and you're forced to make decisions you never thought you'd ever have to make. But... maybe it's not so bad. Luckily for you, you have people watching - people who want to protect you. And then there are others. Unfortunately for Vinnie Wynters, these decisions... and these people... will majorly affect her entire life. ...As if her new acquired abilities didn't already do that. [All characters - except for Vinnie Wynters - are based on the 'X-men: Evolution' cartoon series back in 2000-2003. Unfortunately, I do not own the Marvel's X-men or any of their pictures which I happened to find using Google Images. I certainly wished I owned the rights to this genius fiction because they're practically my life. But everything related to the X-men belong to Marvel and their creators like Martin Goodman, Stan Lee, and others. I have no problem giving credit where credit is due, however - besides the above mentioned information - as of May 30, 2012, all fictional content in THIS fan fiction story, X-Men: Revolution(©) belong to ME and are MY original ideas, as well as the creation of the character Vinnie Wynters(©). [Male Reader x Marvel] Being a hero is a hard task, and not because of tough enemies, or the threat of death, but because it was about making a choice, a choice to take responsibility into one's own hands, and strike out for what they believed was right. In a world filled with far-out aliens and hellish demons, killer androids and super-powered maniacs, being a hero was even harder. From a young age, [Y/N] always had a keen understanding about what he believed was right and wrong, that people who hurt others for money and fame or out of sadistic enjoyment deserved punishment, that justice was necessary, and without it everything would fall apart. The death of his mother by the hands of some rogue gunman only solidified his resentment towards those he considered to be the scum of society. He had always wanted to be a hero, like Captain America or the Human Torch, from the comics he had always read, front to back. Men who held the power to change the world for the better, and weren't afraid to do what was right, despite what obstacles laid ahead of him. However, unlike his heroes, he held no superpower to help him on his path, no super-strength or speed, hardened skin or flaming skull, setting the rookie vigilante up for a bitter struggle. And yet, on a day that would have appeared just like any other, upon the seemingly unimportant bite from a strange, discoloured spider. On a less-than-interesting field trip, he would be granted the powers needed to fight for his convictions. the ability to now truly make those who hurt others pay for their actions. He made a promise as a child that he would make the world a better place, a world where people like his mother wouldn't have had to die, and he intended to follow through on that promise to the very end...
