5 years had passed since the end of the events of Fate/Stay Night UBW, and a new Holy Grail War is about to begin. The Cornelii; an ancient magus clan has declared independance from the Association and have not done only that but have also in secret made their own Holy Grail to Fulfill their own Ambitions. The association attempted to apprehend them, but have failed, and in their failure, sparked the start of a new Holy Grail War, and the summoning of servants never seen and never heard of before....

Magicians hide within present day society and hold this war once every 7 years. 7 Magi summon servants that are the souls of legendary heros/villians to fight in the war. The servants are divided into 7 categories based off what they did in life. Saber, Rider, Lancer, Caster, Assassin,Beserker, and finally Archer.
