What if the legend of the nameless gods were true? Can there exist on earth a love so boundless that it reflects that of two deities? Among the rubble of what remains of a house, little Ivar, only three years old, finds a baby girl still wrapped in swaddling clothes. She is taken to Kattegat, where she will grow up with the sons of Ragnar Lothbrok. But what fate awaits Ivar and the baby? Two best friends, bound by deep feelings, find themselves torn apart by betrayal: he betrays her, and she flees, helped by someone very close to Ivar. After years of absence, she returns with a new identity, new alliances and...two twin sons (All characters are by the original creators, except Tyra and others I will introduce. Not everything will follow the "Vikings" series faithfully.) I was persuaded to write this story because there are so few complete stories about Ivar, and none of them are exactly how I would like to read them. Although many are wonderful.
