He suffers everyday living with two extremely abusive parents, before he finally one day gathers the courage to call someone for help. After that, everything seems like it should be working out. Social services got involved and went to take Zander away from his horrible parents so he could be adopted and live the rest of his life happily with a few family. Or, well, that's how it's supposed to work. For Zander, though, things never work out that nicely....

Alex is a fifteen year old boy who had the worst luck in life. He'd witnessed his parents deaths, he was bounced from foster home to foster home, but this was the last time. His torture was their entertainment. His pain was what they thrived on. Then it went way too far, and he ran.
