You think you have it rough? Meet Zander. At seventeen years old, he already knows the depth of misery and despair. He suffers everyday living with two extremely abusive parents, before he finally one day gathers the courage to call someone for help. After that, everything seems like it should be working out. Social services got involved and went to take Zander away from his horrible parents so he could be adopted and live the rest of his life happily with a few family. Or, well, that's how it's supposed to work. For Zander, though, things never work out that nicely....
