Haeley is just your average girl. Just over twenty, she has secretly dedicated her time to researching aliens and odd weather formations of the rural planes of New Mexico. However, things become extremely odd as she finds herself suddenly in the midst of Loki Laufeyson, Norse God of Mischief, who she has the uncanny ability to see when veiled with magic. Interested, Loki invites her to come to Asgard. All seems to be going well, until a mysterious blowout occurs between Loki and Thor, Loki's brother. Haeley's life takes a sharp spiral after Loki's death, but what will happen when she finds out that he's alive, after all? And not only alive, but thirsty for vengeance... On Earth? Adventure, sorrow, and romance have Haeley in a choke-hold as she somehow gets trapped in the middle of this wild fight between heroes and villains.
