The Prince and Me (Completed)
I'm in Rwanda at an architect conference. I was driving back to my hotel when I found familiar looking man wondering on a dirt road in Rwanda all alone. It was the prince of Denmark that just lost his country to short range misles launched from Russia and one of them was a nuclear bomb. I couldn't leave him so I decided to take him in since he just lost everything he cared about. Flying back to Johannesburg, South Africa the following day. Our new lives start from here. ©2012 Nadine van der MerweTerminé

[BOOK 2] Iceland is most definitely a cold country. I'm still trying to figure out why our principal decided to send the senior class to the land of ice for our school trip but that's what happened. Staying in Iceland with hormonal teenagers, one of them in a room just across from mine can only means this: cozy sweaters, cuddles, frozen kisses and warm hugs. "I know about one good way we can use to keep us warm." Harry said, a smirk formed on his lips. God, boys and their dirty minds. (cover by @niaill)Terminé

Experience Me
Life is all about experiences. Experiencing situations, experiencing different places, things and most importantly, experiencing people. We experience different people every day whether you're passing someone on the street or having lunch with a coworker. Each experience is unique in design, some more than others. This is the beauty in life. We get the opportunity to experience these people and learn different lessons. Some of these lessons may be difficult and some may be enriching. Regardless, each one is worth the ride whether you want to believe it or not. I believe romantic experiences are the ones that teach us the most about ourselves whilst family and friends teach us important life lessons. You attempt to prepare yourself for the rush of emotions, try to gain some control, but your efforts are fruitless. Just enjoy a ride on the wave of unpredictability and experience each person with an open heart. Ariah Miller, a 25-year-old graphic designer, is a strong and determined African American woman set on accomplishing her goals and isn't looking for any emotional attachments. Flight Risk
When visiting Canada for a wedding, a commitment-averse dive instructor must pretend to date her Australian seatmate to avoid conflict with her ex and judgmental mother. *** Audrey Clarke rarely felt like other women her age. Not as a teen who'd never gushed about gorgeous celebrities, nor at almost thirty, with no desire to marry, have kids, or settle down. She would much rather explore reefs in Southeast Asia and adventure around exciting places. Even when she meets travellers with similar dreams, none are the right romantic match. Until Caleb. When flying home to Canada for her friend's wedding, Audrey dreads confronting the pain she caused her ex and facing her judgemental mother. It drives her to connect with her seatmate, Australian environmental scientist, Caleb, who also craves a distraction. Despite his charm, he is enigmatic about the cause of his stress. They agree to fake a relationship to make their lives easier. The more time they spend together, the more real their act feels. Will Audrey be brave enough to share her true feelings before the trip is over? *** Featured on - Wattpad's Queer Joy Spotlight (June 2026) - Humor's 'Ambassador's Monthly Pick' reading list (Nov 2025) - Ambassador's recommendations "Aces!
