A young girl is living a normal life until she unleashes her powers. At twelve she can lift objects over her head ten times her size and shoot lazers out of her eyes. She can sprout wings longer than her arms out of her back and fly. Her elemental power being fire is as little as making fire dance on her hands or become engulfed in all flames. She doesn't know it yet but she has the making of becoming a legend ... or a havoc. Her powers are found by Scarlet Witch, Wanda, and she tells the other Avengers. One day the girl is given a choice, stay with them and remain hidden or live in the open and face the world alone. She stays with them in the Avengers tower and this is the story of how she survives. Warning! Spoiler Alert! This takes place after Civil War!

Ellie Jones was found in the burned remains of an apartment building, unharmed and unconscious. Ellie was found by two agents of SHIELD, and was brought to the Avengers tower. Unbeknownst to everybody, Loki would be arriving the same day, banished from Asgard for trying to take over Earth. As I listen to Natasha's conversation, I hear the light footfalls of somebody trying to sneak through the room. I quietly and slowly get up, following the sound of the footsteps. I hear them falter, then stop altogether. I swing my arms around me, trying to get my bearings when I smack the wall with my hand. "Hello?" I say. I listen, but only hear silence.
