She hears of the Revolutionary War and enlists as one of the nurses. Her first day she meets an handsome and genial man or better know as the right-hand man of the father.

A Hamilton AU where everything is the same except Alexander is a woman and she marries Elijah Schuyler. For the most part it is told from Aaron Burr's perspective, but that might change for certain chapters. I made this simply out of curiosity, and because I watched too many animatics, plus I thought it would be interesting to see how the story would play out with a female protagonist. The character interactions, lyrics, and overall plot could be impacted in many ways, and I'd like to see how that goes. I'm basically converting lyrics into text, tweaking them based on the needs of the context. Feel free to comment on anything you like, any little mistakes that need fixing. Seriously, go wild.

Have you ever wondered what it was like to be a woman fighting in the war? This is my story, and let me tell you, it's not about unicorns and rainbows; it's about bloodshed and heartbreak, and not everyone survives to the end. My story begins in 1772 when I arrived in America with a close friend, Alexander Hamilton, determined to fight in the war between America and England. Of course, we didn't think we'd get as far as we did, but we were only 19 and 18 at the time.

But living in Virginia led to the inevitable: crossing paths with his rival, Alexander, and meeting Eliza and Philip Hamilton. But when Alexander constantly works, and is away from his family, Philip ultimately turns to Thomas for advice, and the two of them soon become as thick as thieves. When France enters their own revolution, it lands Thomas in danger, and teaches him how to deal with his loss. I swear, the story is better than the summary. I do not own any of these characters, all song lines/references belong to Lin Manuel-Miranda. Y/n is a young girl, perhaps just 25, uncourted, and in need of revisiting and getting out of America for awhile. She is bold, naive, and strong headed, not unlike the King. And while visiting the great British, a sudden war strikes out. . (King George X Reader) A/N: I wrote a version of this and it was a little rusty as it has been a year since I wrote anything like a story, and I wanted another shot at it! Somewhat same story, but more orderly. I just think that version of what I envisioned was messy, and went too fast for my liking.
