When disaster strikes, Chase does everything he can to stay close to Skye and realises he needs to tell her how he feels, one way or another...but how? Meanwhile, Lexi has to protect the pups from someone out to get her. It wouldn't be the first time but she will do anything, and I mean anything to protect them, even if it puts her own life at risk. Just a warning that there will be some references and themes that younger readers may not necessarily understand or want to read - you have been warned.
