Il infiltra la mafia Italienne et recolta des informations pour éliminer cette mafia avec le cartel !
A l'age de 26ans il ce fait emprisonné pour drogue et printer .
3mois plus tard il s'évada de la prison pour aller à rockford .
Silo Carter prit service à l'âge de 34 ans pour faire tomber le Cartel qui l'avait capturé pour eux .
Il commença les services en infiltrons les Gangsters car c'était l'ordre du commissaire .
Il soutira l'information comme quoi les gangsters avait prévue d'attaquer le Cartel .
Il retourne au commissariat prévenir le commissaire .
Quelques mois plus tard , Il reçut une augmentation de grade (Police National).
Il fit pris en otage par des cripzs ils demandèrent une rançon de 5000$ .
A cause de l'incompétence des policier ils lancent un asault .
Silo Carter sort son arme quand il l'ont plus regarder et leur met des balles dans la têtes .
Quelques mois plus tard , On lui annonce qu'il va surement rejoindre la police judiciaire .

The only reason she has come back was to get away from the hole she dug her self into. She is running away from her problems again. Life before she ran away wasn't as nice as the public saw it- the sherif's family, happy, and loving. Behind the doors it was orders being barked left and right with no warning or break. Since Astrid's leave, the town suddenly had a motorcycle gang that hangs around, not realling doing anything in particular, but the sherif doesn't trust them much.
